Building the Road to Success
About the Founder
PETER BROWN is an alumnus of Michigan’s foster care system. He went into Foster Care at 2 days old due to drug-addicted parents who also suffered from mental health challenges. Later, Mr. Brown was blessed to be adopted at 2 years old. Unfortunately, he went back into Foster Care in the 7th grade and aged out at 21 years old. With the strength of God, perseverance, and resiliency, Mr. Brown was able to beat the odds and not fall under the statistics of foster youth who age out of the system.
Mr. Brown envisions that R.O.A.D to Successes will be the first robust and evidenced-based independent living program in Michigan. Come support the mission of R.O.A.D. to Successes and help turn the dreams of foster youth into a zenith!
